I contacted the office of John Boehner and asked him to either extend the UI benefits or give me a job that will support my family because I want to work. I am desperate to get my life together again. I am a Gulf War and Iraq War Veteran raising three kids all by myself. I lost my job in July and for the first time in my life had to file for state UI. Because the federal UI stopped we became homeless. He sent this reply:---------
